The World Philosophy day 2018 marks one of the important events held by New Acropolis Australia. In this event, we explored the meeting between Shams and Rumi.
Ideas explored during the evening included: the relationship between master and disciple, the three-stage path to self-realisation and the path towards the ‘Truth’. Even after the conclusion of the session, many attendees were reluctant to leave, staying back in groups to continue discussing and reflecting on these ideas.
Toranj, a Melbourne-based Iranian trio of musicians transported the audience into the enchanting world of Shams and Rumi. They effortlessly took the guests deeper into their hearts. It was mesmerising!
This unique program of Living Philosophy Course is structured into 16 weekly sessions, which complement one the other. It is an opportunity to join a journey to discover and experience the more profound esoteric concepts of self, nature and humanity.
