The Buddha taught that suffering is the result of identifying with illusion. It is all around us and within us. Now more than ever, we need to recognise what is Truth and what is false; what is Eternal and what is temporary.
In this talk, we’ll discuss how to distinguish between reality and illusion based on Plato’s ‘Allegory of the Cave’.
